Voices sound distant, the camera crops people out, or staff need five minutes of trial and error before anyone can present. It is not always a large intervention, but even modest improvements can make conferencing far more intelligible.

Camera selection should follow room geometry

A camera that performs well in one room can be a poor fit in another. Field of view, mounting position and participant distance all affect the outcome. In a small room, an ultra-wide lens may capture everyone easily, but if it is used in a larger space the participants may appear too small. In a longer boardroom, you may need optical zoom or intelligent framing that keeps the image useful without constant manual adjustment.

The display should be easy to read from every seat, not just visually impressive on the wall. Content sharing should also be simple. If users have to hunt for the right cable, adapter or input, the room will feel harder to use than it needs to be.
